I've always loved to train, but I struggled to stay motivated with every training method I tried. Everything changed when I realized that I could incorporate breath work into a workout routine, unlike any other.
My Story

From bodybuilding to functional training, I took every personal training class I could as a kid. When I started dreaming of playing professional hockey, I knew I needed to hit the gym and workout ALL DAY. It turns out I just needed to train a different way. Now I'm sharing my workouts and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through virtual fitness classes.
